During our initial meeting we will gain an understanding of your shopfitting requirements by discussing:
The more information you can provide at this stage, the smoother entire process will be. We work with you and your interior designers to optimise the specification by ensuring the most cost effective and practical materials and finishes are used.
We will then produce a detailed, competitive quotation for your shop fitout.
Upon your acceptance of our quotation, we will prepare a comprehensive schedule for the fabrication of cabinetry, legislative requirements and the onsite installation works including sub-contractor works.
If required, we can submit the application for a building licence to the local council. The approval process generally takes 10 days and works cannot commence until this licence is obtained.
We will concurrently prepare the safety documentation for your shop fitout including Safe Work Method Statements, Site Safety Plan and a Site Safety Induction. This documentation will be submitted to the shopping centre management for approval as required prior to the commencement of works.
We initially produce detailed cabinetry drawings for your approval. After approval, we source the required materials and then program the CNC machinery to order to produce all custom cabinetry precisely to the agreed specifications in-house at our Canning Vale workshop.
Specialist items such as plumbing, electrical and steel works will be outsourced to our experienced, qualified sub-contractors and suppliers.
We will keep you informed of progress during this stage as required.
Our installation team will commence site works after approvals are received from the local Council and the shopping centre, and all staff and sub-contractors have fulfilled the site safety requirements including a detailed site safety induction.
The installation works are conducted in accordance with site noise restrictions, working hour limitations and in consultation with business owners and other contractors working within the shopping centre as required.
We conduct a detailed inspection and report prior to handover to you.
When your shop fitout is complete to your satisfaction, your project manager will source the Occupancy Permit to facilitate your store opening and ongoing trading.
